Daniel Radcliffe, swaps Scar for Horns on his forehead, in the new film ‘Horns’.
After bearing a magical (or cursed) scar on his forehead, for the Harry Potter films. Daniel Radcliffe is now sprouting horns in the new film called ‘Horns’.
In ‘Horns,’ Radcliffe plays Ignatius Perrish, a man who awakens after a night of partying to find his girlfriend (Juno Temple) murdered and devilish horns protruding from his head. While the town believes him to be the killer, it’s these horns that somehow force people to speak the truth and might just be what he needs to solve the mystery at hand. EW offered a first look at the film, based on the novel of the same name, last year, and it’s released another batch of pics for your enjoyment.
The film, directed by Alexandre Aja (‘The Hills Have Eyes,’ ‘Piranha 3D’), is making its premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, which is also screening another Radcliffe project, ‘Kill Your Darlings.’
Aside from playing Allen Ginsberg in the previously mentioned ‘Kill Your Darlings,’ Radcliffe can be seen in another monster-like role as Igor in an upcoming ‘Frankenstein‘ adaptation from Max Landis (‘Chronicle’ writer).
Theatrical release will begin in the U.S. on October 11, 2013.
