People at Toyota have taken great inspiration from professor X and are up creating something nice! Their Sienna and the Tacoma hybrid utility vehicle was just announced as the Ultimate Utility Vehicle and it looks like it is gonna be an eye catcher.
This utility vehicle suits the man’s testosterone, with a winch embedded in the bumper. The 4×4 beast is a beauty too with sinister off-road eyes and a matte black exterior. The hybrid has a curved, short hood and a cabin shaped interior, as is on any utility vehicle. The B-pillar rear door suggests it comes from a Sienna, but the ladder frame shouts Tacoma.
We are still waiting to hear more about the hybrid, but we have heard about its honeymoon adventure trip. The Sienna-Tacoma hybrid is off on a 110 day Ever Better Expedition that began in Plano, and is expected to cross through Route 66, Death Valley and New York City. It’s a 9 vehicle road trip retreat for Toyota employees, and a first hand experience of a Toyota vehicle that can add to their problem solving back at the office. More of the vehicle will be seen at the SEMA in November.
The Ever Better Expedition is he second leg of Toyota’s Five Continents Driving project, following the frist in Australia. The Land Cruiser 200 is the only Toyota to take part in all five of the expeditions.
